Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective tissue and branding materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
